Do you accept insurance? How does billing work?

Wildflowers Wellness is a private pay / out-of-network provider for occupational therapy services. We do not bill insurance directly, but we provide a detailed superbill after each session that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

Our out-of-network model allows us to focus on your child’s true needs—not just what insurance is willing to cover. We believe children deserve comprehensive, individualized care designed by those who know and understand them, not restricted by generalized policies or coding limitations.

What is your attendance and cancellation policy?

We understand that life with children can be unpredictable. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.

• If last-minute cancellations happen frequently, we may work with you to find a more consistent day or time that better supports your family's schedule.

This policy helps us maintain a predictable routine for all families and ensures that our therapists can make the most of their time.

My child gets services in school. Can we still do private OT?

Absolutely! Many families choose private therapy to supplement school-based or early intervention services.

Our individualized sessions offer more focused, play-based intervention tailored to your child’s developmental goals. We’re happy to collaborate with your child’s school or IEP team to ensure consistent, well-rounded support.

What ages do you work with? Do you see adults?

We provide OT services for children from birth through school-age, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary learners. Our specialized infant services include support for tongue ties, feeding, torticollis, and oral motor development.
We also support school-aged children with sensory processing, emotional regulation, fine/gross motor skills, handwriting, and more.

Nourish to Flourish Fees:

• Prenatal Nutrition Coaching: Initial session: $250 Follow up sessions: $95

• Pediatric Nutrition Coaching: Initial session: $250 Follow up sessions: $95

• Lifespan Wellness Coaching: Initial session: $250 Follow up sessions: $95

• Macro/Flexible Coaching:  Month 1: $400    Month 2: $300     Month 3: $300     All Additional Months $150​
