This VIRTUAL webinar will teach you how to offer your baby the TummyTime! Method at home.

This webinar will teach you so much more than “tummy time”. This method was designed to empower parents and families to learn techniques for coregulation and optimal nervous system development. You will learn to help identify, prevent and balance asymmetries such as torticollis and plagiocephaly . You will learn how to support your baby’s oral motor skills. The TummyTime!Method was designed specifically to support oral motor skills and optimize cranial nerve function for optimal latch on breast or bottle in our current back to sleep culture.

We will help you develop a dedicated TummyTime space,  understand the elements of tummy time , offer and provide adaptive positions/problem solving as needed as well as lead you through a short TummyTime!Method session with your doll or baby.

Wheeew -just so much , but don’t be overwhelmed - we will help you make tummy time , the best time of the day!

Families local to New Jersey will have the ability to connect with Sue or Jackie if 1:1 pediatric  Occupational Therapy as needed.
