The best headstart you can give your baby.

Caregiver + baby class led by Occupational Therapist, Jackie Shea to ensure that your child gets the best support so they hit their early developmental milestones with ease.

This 45 mintue class is designed for caregivers and their babies (from birth to walking) to explore a fun, nurturing environment that fosters development with a personalized approach and opportunities to connect with other Moms.

In our classes, you'll learn:

  • Socialization: How to help your baby interact and connect with others, building a strong foundation for future friendships.
  • Developmental Milestones: The key skills your baby will acquire at each stage, and fun activities to support their progress.
  • Co-regulation: Techniques to manage your baby's emotions and calm them down, strengthening your bond.
  • Bonding: Discover playful ways to create lasting memories and a deep connection with your child.
  • Meeting Milestones: Get expert guidance on how to encourage your baby's natural development through play and everyday routines.
  • Building Community: Connect with other parents and caregivers and share experiences, fostering a supportive network for you and your baby.
